AWARDS CEREMONY BEGINS AT 5:30 P.M.

• Golf cart rental is $20
• Mulligans may be purchased for $5 each. (Limit 2 per player)
• Putting Contest: $5 for 6 balls

WINNER gets $100

• Team handicap determined by taking the average of 4 lowest handicaps in the group and multiplying by 70%. Subtract that value from the team’s gross score. Winners determined on net score.
• Single players welcome
• Severe Inclement Weather Date Sept. 30th

Entry forms and fees must be in by Sept. 16th
however team slots may already be filled by that time.
